How to change ticket branding based on booking channel

You can change your ticket's branding for each booking channel. This is useful when you decide to manage two brands through a single Bókun account, e.g. if your company is located in different cities or if you have multiple websites for different types of experiences.

 

This is how:

  • Navigate to the Settings > Sales settings > Booking channels and then click the booking channel you'd like to edit from the list.

  • Scroll down to the Ticket step under the Advanced section in the left bar and toggle the Override voucher (ticket) header to activate.

  • Set your ticket settings. You need to provide:

    • Title on ticket
    • Contact phone number
    • Contact email address
    • Website URL
    • Logo

Remember to save your changes.
