To create new widgets you have to go to the widget page. Select the "Cog wheel in top right corner" then you select “Widget” from the side bar:

Select “Add” to create the widget.

This page appears and here you choose the widgets that you need to create and are relevant to what you need to do. It is good to start by creating the checkout widget. To create the checkout widget, select “Checkout” from the list.

There are few parameters that need to be set and they will be described step-by-step.

Title: E.g. checkout (or something that is more descriptive to you)

Allow full payment - This is chosen if the customer should make full payment on the website.

Discount if full payment - It is possible to give a discount to customers who pay on the website.

Min days before booking for full payment discount - The minimum number of days that a customer can get a discount before the trip e.g. until 7 days before departure the discount is applicable. 

Full payment discount is percentage - If this box is checked the “discount is full payment” is a percentage. If not checked, the discount is a fixed amount, e.g. 5 EUR. 

Allow deposit payment - If you permit deposit on your web, check this box.

Deposit amount is percentage - If this box is checked the deposit is a percentage, if not the discount is a fixed amount, e.g. 50 EUR.

Deposit amount - The fixed amount or the percentage of the required deposit.

Min days before booking for deposit - How long before the trip a customer has the options of paying a deposit. E.g if it is shorter than 30 days until departure, the customer has only option of paying full amount. 

Allow customer to pay upon arrival - If you want to allow the customer to book but not pay on the spot, check this box.

Discount if paid upon arrival - You can choose to give a customer discount if he pays upon arrival.

Min days before booking for "pay upon arrival" discount - How many days before the stay the customer can get discount if he books. e.g. until 7 days before departure the discount is applicable. 

"Pay upon arrival" discount is percentage - If this box is checked, the deposit is a percentage, if not the discount is a fixed amount.

Booking receipt widget - If you allow your customers to pay upon arrival, you have to create one more widget called "booking receipt". The booking receipt is a confirmation site that the customer is redirected to after choosing Book. The confirmation site summarises what the customer booked. You can finish creating this check-out widget, then create the Booking Receipt and to add it here, open the check widget and add the receipt here. 

Success URL - This is a link to a website where you want the customer to be redirected to after he/she has successfully paid for the tour. This could be the opening page of your web, or you can create a specific "Thank you for booking" website and add here. 

Note that the Success URL has to be inserted, otherwise the booking engine won't work

Cancel URL - Link to a website if the customer abandons booking.

Timeout URL - Link to website if payment time runs out

Show shopping cart - If you want the customer to have an option of adding to a cart you will have to check this box.

Allow removing from cart - Checking here allows the customer to remove from cart given that you have chosen cart. 

When you have filled out and selected all the parameters, remember to save so you wont lose your work.
