Manual messages allow you to send to all passengers/guests in a specific departure or arriving at a specific date. E.g. all tours cancelled due to weather.
These are messages that are sent out once, just like an e-mail.
There are two other types of messages you can send to your customers:
You can send out automatic messages for all bookings on your account. e.g. 3 days before and after travels. Here you can find more information on how to set up account specific messages.
You can send out automatic messages specific to individual products. Here you can find more information on how to set up product specific messages.
Manual messages sent out to a specific departure or a day.
To set up a manual message to send out per departure start by Selecting "reports" from the top bar, then select "Experiences" from the drop down list.
On the reports there will appear a "Send email" button by each departure. Select this button to set up an e-mail to send to everyone in this particular departure.
When you have selected the send email button, you get an e-mail form where you write your message:
