To add more departure times to your Experiences or to edit the ones you already have in place, you have to enter the product and there you can add your activities departure times.
To add departure times for your activity products start by selecting "Products" from the top bar and "Experiences" from the drop down list.
Select the product you intend to add the departure times for, from the list of products.
Add Departures / start times
To add a new departure time select "Add" by start times / departures.
Starts at: Select the departure time from the drop down lists
Duration: the duration is take from the main settings for the product, but you can override the duration for each departure time if needed. This is an optional field.
Reference #: The reference is taken from the main settings for the product, but you can override the reference # for each departure time if needed. This is an optional field.
Flags: flags are connected to your API service and can be used to manage where on your web products are suppose to appear. If you are using booking engine widgets flags are irrelevant. This is an optional field.
Pickup message on ticket: If you selected to show pickup related messages on your ticket, this field will appear. If not and you would like add it select the product settings tab and check the "Show pick up message on ticket" box.
Write the message you would like your customer to get, e.g. Be ready in your hotel lobby at 8.30. The pick up takes place between 08.30 and 09.00.
Different time for pickup: Select this option if you would like the customer ticket to show the pick up time as the start time for the product, in the case the customer selects pickup.
Save before continuing and repeat this step for every departure time you need to add.
