We aim to provide excellent service to our customers and are always looking for feedback on how we can improve. If you have any comments or suggestions you’d like to share with us, about our platform or the service you’ve received, please let us know.

To close your account, please navigate to settings (the gear icon in top right corner) and click Account and Billing

Next, click Close Account.

By clicking the button, you open a conversation with our support team, and they can assist you troubleshooting any issues you might have experiences. They can also close your account for you.
