The first thing you need to do is to contact Six and make an agreement with them to become your payment processor. When you have a contract with them in place, you can connect Six and Bokun.

How to connect Six and Bokun

Select "Payment providers" from the menu that appears when you select the gear icon in the top right hand corner of your screen.

Select "Connect a provider".

Select the Six Logo to add them as a payment option.

Select "Six payment page".

Select a title for your Six connection. Six provides you with all the other information required and it can be found under "Profile" on you Six account.

Make sure that there are no spaces in the fields, neither before or behind, the numbers. If there are spaces you will get an error message when you try to continue to payment in the booking process.

How do I start accepting payments using Six?

You need to activate the payment provider on your Booking channel (your online sales channel).

Your Booking channel delivers bookings and payments made on your website into Bokun. You can sign up for more than one payment providers, which is why you need to select the correct one. You can for example use one payment provider for your European market, and another one for your US market.

Click on Sales Tools in the top bar and click Booking Channels from the drop-down.

Select the booking channel you intend to add the payment provider to.

Navigate to Pricing and Payments in the left-hand side menu. Select your payment provider for this Booking channel from the drop-down menu and hit Continue.

Now you are set and ready to accept payments on your website.

Test your payment process

After you add the booking engine to your website, it's a good rule to create one booking and pay for it.
This is to test both the booking process and to check that your payment provider is working as it should be.
