How to show/hide prices on tickets for agent bookings (PRO)

Customize the tickets your agents receive to share with their customers

The prices visible to your agents when they make a booking, are net prices. The prices are either based on a fixed price catalogue that you have assigned to your agent, or your regular price catalogue with the discount/commission you have negotiated with your agent.

When a ticket is produced for an agent booking, the ticket shows your net prices, not your rack prices.

NET prices are prices minus the commission the agent receives. For example: Full price of your product is 100 USD, the agent received 10% commission. The NET price is 90 USD.

RACK/BRUT prices are prices including the commission the agent receives. For example: Full price of your product is 100 USD, the agent received 10% commission. The RACK/BRUT price is 100 USD.

You can select whether all tickets generated from your agent bookings show prices or not.

Where do I change the ticket settings?

Click Settings in the bottom left corner of your Bókun account.

Click Company Settings and scroll down to a section called Agent Settings. Tick the box in front of Show price on all agent tickets if you want your net prices to be shown on all of your agent booking tickets. I
