Your current and previous invoices (from the 1st of August 2014) for Bokun are all found in your Bokun account.

To find your invoices select the gear icon in the top right corner of your screen and select “Account & Billing” from the side bar.

Account & Billing gives you an overview of your monthly payments, the number of user accounts and invoicing information.

Below the overview, you have a list of all you previous and current invoices and their payment status. You can take a closer look at your invoice by selecting the name of the month you want to look at and you can also download it as a PDF file.

How does Bokun charge your credit card?
Bokun charges the monthly fee in USD. When bookings are made in EUR, we convert our monthly fee (2.9% for bookings made using the Bokun Online Booking Engine, Storefront, or API) to USD using the official bank rate. Finally, when we charge the monthly fee, we charge the value in USD and the card issuer converts home currency into USD, so any extra fees are dependent on the issuer bank. In other words, Bokun does not perform any extra surcharges for currency conversion.
First attempt to charge your card is on the 5th, every month - next attempt will be on the 6th, 9th, and 14th.
If the charge does not go through on the 14th, we will try again next month - same dates as mentioned here above.

Carry over from previous months.
Bokun only generates invoices if the total amount exceeds $1 per month. If your total amount does not reach that limit, it will be carried over to your next invoice.
