You can change your ticket's branding for each booking channel. This is useful when you decide to manage two brands through a single Bókun account, e.g. if your company is located in different cities or if you have multiple websites for different types of experiences.
Navigate to the top bar and click on "Online Sales Tools" and then choose the booking channel you'd like to edit from the drop-down. Then, click "Edit channel"
Scroll down to the Ticket section in the left bar and toggle the "Override voucher (ticket) header" to activate.
Set your booking channel's branding. You need to provide:
- Title on ticket
- Contact phone number
- Contact email address
- Website URL
Remember to save your changes.
