You can change your ticket's branding for each booking channel. This is useful when you decide to manage two brands through a single Bókun account.

Let's get started

Navigate to the gear icon in the top right hand corner of the screen, select "Booking Channels" and select the name of the booking channel you want to change the branding for.

Scroll down to the Ticket section, and check the "Override ticket header" checkbox.

Set your booking channel's branding. You need to provide:

  • Logo
  • Title on ticket
  • Contact phone number
  • Contact email address
  • Website URL
  • Logo style (optional)

Remember to save your changes.

You can also change the credentials which appear on the confirmation emails by checking the "Override sender" checkbox.
