Sales Feed

The Sales Feed is an overview of all your bookings, showing the most recent bookings at the top. 

At the top of your sales feed, you have a range of search fields to choose from when you're looking for specific bookings. You can access a wider range of search fields by selecting "More search options".

These are the available search fields: 

Booking ref., Name, Notes, Email address: Here you can search by booking reference number, names, notes and e-mail address. 

Payment ref.: In this field you can search by the payment reference number provided by your payment provider. You can find it by selecting the Payments tab of your booking and in your Payment list. 

Ext. booking ref.: When bookings are made via some OTA's, an external booking reference number gets generated. In this field, you can search by them. 

Confirmed, Pending: Here you can filter your Sales Feed by the status of your bookings. The options you have are 

  • Confirmed
  • Cancelled
  • Pending
  • Rejected
  • Aborted
  • Timed out 

Supplier: Filter to see bookings for a certain supplier.

Seller: Filter to see bookings made via a certain seller.

Booking channel: Filter to see bookings made via a specific booking channel 

Promo code: Filter to see bookings made while using a specific promo code.

User: Filter bookings by the user who created them. The users are your active, internal users. 

Country: Filter by the country of the vendor.

City: Filter by the city tagged in the activity.

Then you have two date filters on the right hand side, where you can filter by Travelled date and/or Booked date. 

You can export the sales feed to a spreadsheet for further analysis. by selecting the "Export to spreadsheet" button in the top right hand corner. You can also add a new booking by selecting the "Add" button.

The most recent bookings are displayed at the top of the Sales Feed but the booking feed is colour coded by Sales Segment.

The Sales Feed gives you a basic overview of the booking, e.g the name of the passenger, the tour that was booked, date and time of booking and of travel date. 

  1. To open the booking, select the booking number in the top left corner.
  2. To open the product booking page, (where you edit the bookings) select the product booking number.
  3. If you select the name of the product, you get to an overview page showing you the product itself.
