You can gather customer information during the booking process in two ways.

Configure Contact Information 

  1. Go to the experince you want to set up
  2. Go to Booking in Product settings> Contact Information
  3. Select the boxes for the information you want to gather

Add Booking Questions 

  1. Go to the experince you want to set up
  2. Go to Booking in Product settings>Questions
  3. Create booking questions
