Please make sure customised bookings are enabled for your product before proceeding. Click here for instructions.

Customised bookings can only be created via the booking desk.

Go to the booking desk by selecting "Bookings" on the top bar and "Booking desk" from the drop down list.

Select the tour you intend to book from the drop-down list above the calendar and choose the date. Then select the Customised radio button on the right hand site. And click continue.

Here you can enter the following custom items:
Start time / departure

You can then enter custom line items that make up the price of the custom tour, e.g. a price for the car, a price for the driver/guide, price for extras, etc. 

You then enter the number of participants, the currency and how payment was made for the tour. 

On the right hand side you can enter information about the customer, e.g. name, email address, etc. 

When you've filled in all the necessary information, remember to click "save."

Note that custom bookings do not affect the availability for regular departures.
