Select "Payment providers" from the menu that appears when you select the gear icon in the top right hand corner of your screen.

Select "Connect a provider".

Select the Trust my Travel Logo to add Trust my Travel as a payment option:

Select "Trust my Travel Token".

Add the information required and save your changes. You can choose the Title but the Username, Password and Base Currency is integration information that you access in your Trust my Travel Admin interface.

Make sure that there are no spaces in the fields, neither before or behind the numbers. If there are spaces you will get an error message when you try to continue to payment in the booking process.

How do I start accepting payments using Trust my Travel?

You need to activate the payment provider on your Booking channel (your online sales channel).

Your Booking channel delivers bookings and payments made on your website into Bokun. You can sign up for more than one payment providers, which is why you need to select the correct one. You can for example use one payment provider for your European market, and another one for your US market.

Click on the gear icon in the top right corner of the screen and select "Booking Channels" from the side menu.

Select the booking channel you want to use Trust my Travel for.

Select Trust My travel as the payment provider for this booking channel from the drop-down menu, make sure the currency you select here matches the currency that you selected in your Trust my Travel contract and hit "Save."

Now, you are set and ready to accept payments on your website.

Test your payment process

After you add the booking engine to your website, it's a good rule to create one booking and pay for it.
This is to test both the booking process and to check that your payment provider is working as it should be.
Here is some information on how you can add a booking engine to your website and test the whole booking process.
