Images can be added to the customer tickets/confirmation for particular products. These images could be a map or an advertisement of some kind. In this case it is a small image but it can be a larger one.
The first thing to do would be to create a custom field that allows you to add to text and images to your tickets. Here are information on how to create a custom field to add text to your tickets.
When you have created the custom field you can enter the product you intend to add an image on the ticket for.
Select "Products" on the top bar and select "you product type" from the drop down list. In this example Tours & Activities is selected but it is the same process for all product types.
Select the name of the product from the list of products.
Upload the image you would like to add to the ticket for this product. Scroll down to the images section at the bottom of your product page. Select edit to add images to the gallery.
Upload the images you intend to add. You can upload images by dragging and dropping or by selecting the green button to select images.
When you have uploaded your images you have to get the link to the one you intend to add to your ticket.
Move your mouse over to image and click with your right mouse button. Select "Copy image URL" from the drop down list.
When you have copied the link go back to your Product page by selecting the name of your product at the top of the page.
Select "Edit" at the top of your product page.
Scroll all the way to the bottom of the edit page, until you come to the "Text on ticket" custom field.
Select the icon to add images on the HTML bar:
when you select the image icon you get a pop up window to add a URL, paste the URL for the image to this field, and select insert image.
Then the image will appear in the text box and when you have scrolled to the bottom of the page, saved and published the changes the image will appear on the customer ticket.
