Income Statement

Income Statement is a new report listing business income and expense items as derived from generated invoices. Income statement allows you to filter your sales data by both travel and book dates. You can filter it further by e.g. suppliers, sellers, booking agents, Eextras, promo codes, and currencies.

The income statement report lists business income and expense items as derived from generated invoices. 

The income statement allows you to filter your sales data by date ranges, both travel and book dates. You can filter your data further by e.g. suppliers, sellers, booking agents, promo codes, booking labels and currencies.

You have an overview both in a table of your sales data and you have also charts showing the data visually. 


To drill further down to you data and focus on different data sets. There are two tabs available in the report: Line item types and Sales segment. 

Line item types

The default tab is Line item types and shows sales by invoice line items. E.g it shows discount lines, extras, pickup and other available cost items. 

You can filter the search results further by selecting the blue links. E.g. you can select "Extras" then you filter the report by extras. 

When you scroll further down the screen you have nationalities, products, product types and more filtering options. All words that are blue are filters.

You can add mulitple filters. E.g. Extras and marketplace The filters appear at the top of the page. You can remove filters by selecting the X, by the name.

Sales segment

The second tab shows sales by sales segments. Sales segments are where your sales are deriving from, it's e.g. marketplace, online- and offline bookings, and OTA's. 

You can also filter the search results further on this tab by selecting the blue links. E.g. you can select "OTA's" then you filter the report by OTA's. 

When you scroll further down the screen you have nationalities, products, product types and more filtering options. All words that are blue are filters.

You can add mulitple filters. E.g. OTA's and Specific product, to see what is the income of that specific product to a certain sales channel. The filters appear at the top of the page.  You can remove filters by selecting the X, by the name.
