There are three options to allow the customer to add pickup to their bookings in the online booking engines.
One is to upload a list of pickup places and offer the customer a drop down list of places to select from.
To offer the option of a drop down list with pickup places, you have to upload a list of your pickup places, or manually add each place.
To upload a list of pickup places select "Products" at the top bar and "Pickup places" from the drop down list. There you have two options, manually input your pick places, and upload a list of pickup places from an excel file. On this link you can find more detailed information on how to add pickup places.
Two is to offer an empty field where the customer can write the pickup location of his/her choice.
If you do not add a list of pick up places and would simply like to offer an input field for your customers you can add this option in your product.
Select "Products" on the top bar and "Tours & Activities" from the drop down list. Then select the product you would like to add this option to from your list of products. Select the "Product Settings" tab on the product page. The final step is to check the "Allow customer to add a custom pickup location" before saving the changes. Three is to offer both options, a drop down list and an empty field to write a pickup location. To add this option, follow the instructions offered in steps one and two.
