Notes on bookings are comments that you can add to your booking ins Bókun.

You can add and look at notes in the bookings by entering the booking. There are multiple ways of entering a booking from various lists, reports and overview screens. But here we are looking at how to enter a booking from you sales feed.

To go to your sales feed, select the Bókun logo (or your logo if you have white-labelled your system) up in the left hand corner. Alternatively you can also select "Bookings -> Sales feed".

On the sales feed you have a feed of all bookings made in your system. To find the one you need to update you can use the search filters and search by e.g. name, booking reference number, date of booking etc.

When you have found the booking select the booking number to enter the booking.

When you have entered the booking select the booking number by the product booking.

On the screen you come to now you have the comments for the booking on the right hand side.

The notes on bookings can be edited. Moreover, it is possible to manage where notes appear and who is able to see them. E.g. notes that are for finance / accounting do not appear in participants lists, while notes for operations do appear on the participant list.

Note for booking: These notes are common notes that follow the booking, they do not appear on any lists. If a reseller adds a comment on the booking e.g. "Needs to sit in front", the supplier sees this note on the booking.

Note to appear on finance reports: These noes are for financial / accounting information and do not appear on operations reports.

Note to appear on operations reports: These notes appear in operations lists, e.g. participant lists.
