How to change a booking
You can edit any part of the booking, quantity of people, pickup location, the booked activity, the date etc.
The conditions on who can edit bookings is linked to the seller of the product. The seller can edit all aspects of the booking, not the supplier. This is because it is the seller who holds the payment and owns the customer. It is possible via the marketplace contracts to allow the supplier to cancel and edit bookings.
To edit bookings you start by finding your product in your sales feed. Select Bookings -> Sales Feed to find the booking you would like to edit and open it.
When you enter the booking click on the booking number in the top right corner to enter the page where you can edit the booking.
Then you get this page up, on this page you can edit most aspects of the booking (you edit the customer information on the front page)
- The date by selecting the link with the date
- Quantity of passenger
- Pick up and drop off
- Rebook activity as another product
