You can choose which standard information you would like your customer to leave with you when the booking is being finished.
Standard fields configured for each Booking channel
Your Booking Channels can inject questions in the checkout process.
The options you have are:
- Phone number
- Company / organization
- Ask for name for each item (item means person)
- Ask for special requests for each item(item means person)
To edit the settings for your booking channels, navigate to Booking Channels and click the booking channel you want to edit. On the settings page you see a list of checkboxes for each option.
Using Extras to create free-form questions
In many cases vendors would like to ask their customers different questions. This is possible by using Extras.
